Company Information R K & J Jones Limited are a family business operating at a 12 acre site close to Thetford in Norfolk, UK. We manufacture, dispense and distribute a wide range of building and decorating products. It is their Bird Brand products that are gaining the most recognition for a reputation for quality and value.
The company still services many of the same customers in East Anglia since it began trading in 1981, but has since expanded with automatic production equipment, new products and stockists. Critical to the company's future growth there are also a growing list of customers in other parts of the UK. The company exports to Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia and many other countries.
The main 22 000ft warehouse is also used to wholesale complimentary products of other 'friendly' companies such as Everbuild, Coovar and Amokleen. These products can also be ordered alongside Bird Brand products to assist the minimum order requirement. When combined with its own Bird Brand products the total number of products available equal over 800 product lines.
The companies turnover of White Spirit in Bird Brand and other own label packing now approaches 2M litres per year.
The Directors of the business are the four members of the Jones family and remain focused on delivering quality products and superior service for many more years to come. |
