Aplologies it does happen unfortunately, we don’t always know there is a problem until we hear from you. Do let us know the details (send pics) and we’ll have it resolved within 24 hours so we can contact the haulier and report/check the status. Buckets of Shed & Fence are the most vunerable item and make a mess, and if those items didn’t arrive or were leaking on delivery, we will prepare replacement to make good. If you have any photos you can send us to websales@birdbrand.co.uk, it all helps to resolve. If a metal tin is damaged, we don’t despatch a replacement if the container can still be opened and used without issue, as technically the tin did it’s job.
